All
products are made to order and ship as soon as possible, usually within
5 business days.
In most instances we use UPS but because of the rising prices for shipping we encourage you to try other shipping options. When you are viewing your items in your cart there are links for changing shipping options. You can switch carriers and see the prices before anything is finalized.
For
International shipments we suggest the USPS Parcel Post (Air Mail). You
may choose that option and see all costs before you give your credit card
information.
If you
should receive a shipment damaged please call us immediately and we will
handle the damaged shipment/claim process. We will send you another item
ASAP.
